Marcus Samuelsson is the chef and co-owner of Red Rooster in Harlem, an American cuisine restaurant that celebrates the tastes and different cultures of Harlem.  Samuelsson recently authored The Red Rooster Cookbook: The Story of Food and Hustle in Harlem.
