In this episode, Liz talks with Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt, the prolific author, advocate, and host of the Instagram live parenting show “Before, During, and AfterBaby.” The mother of two talks all about her new children’s book called Goodnight, Sister, which was inspired by her close relationship with her own sister. Katherine also talks about her motherhood role models, what she wished she knew before she became a mom, and how her experience growing up in a very public family has informed the kind of mother that she wants to be.
