As Motӧrhead celebrate their 50th anniversary an old tape from 1976 has surfaced that documents the first ever studio recordings of Lemmy, Fast Eddie Clarke & Phil Taylor, entitled The Manticore Tapes. This recording has been sat on tape for 49 years and is finally seeing the light of day. Journalist Kris Needs wrote the liner notes and on this episode tells the full story of this incredible discovery. Hosted by Howard H Smith.
