Dr Dilnoza Ubaydullaeva is a Lecturer at the ANU National Security College (NSC).

Graham Meehan is a former diplomat, including having served overseas as the Australian Ambassador to Russia and Deputy Head of Mission in Beijing.

Sally Bulkeley is Deputy Head of College at NSC, on secondment from the Department of Defence.
