A First Time Mama’s 3 hour Home Birth

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Roz. Roz is a mama of one from British Colombia, Canada.

She is personal trainer and runs her own health and wellness Arbonne business. 

Roz teaches yoga, leads adventure retreats and is raising her 1 year old babe with her partner Grant.

And in today’s episode she shares about her fast home birth that was around 3 hours from the first contraction to having her baby in her arms.

Roz hopes that in sharing her empowering birth story that women in her community and all over the world will do the work to be empowered when it comes to making sovereign choices from conception into motherhood and beyond!
