A Natural Birth Center Birth

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Sarah.

Sarah is a mama of one from New Jersey, USA. 

Before falling pregnant Sarah was terrified of labour and thought that the only way to birth was to give her power away to a doctor, take the drugs and wake up with a baby. 

However when she fell pregnant she educated herself, listened to natural birth stories and used the power of a positive mindset to go from fearing labour to visualizing and living out her own dream birth in a birth center. 

There are as many ways to birth a baby as there are women on this planet. 

The most important thing is that the woman birthing feels empowered throughout her experience, and Sarah felt just that.
