Home Birth at 44 weeks

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Melissa.

Melissa is a mama of 3 from Irland and she’s a yoga and pilates teacher in Dublin.

She has a very special birth story to share with us.

Her first pregnancy went, according to her dating scan, to 44 weeks gestation.

A very rare occurrence, especially in our modern days of inductions at earlier and earlier gestations.

It’s a bit of a longer episode but I’m sure you’ll appreciate it.

Melissa had 3 home births with the same midwife and each one was uniquely different however the chunk of this episode will be dedicated to her first home birth at 44 weeks.
