Kate is a mama of 4 from Gold Coast, Australia.

She is a free birth birth worker, postpartum supporter and placenta encapsulator amongst many things.

In todays episode we discuss her 4 birth stories. 

The first being in the hospital, the second a planned home birth with a midwife and her third a planned free birth, not fully going the way she had wanted.

And then her forth, the one we really dive into, which only happened 8 weeks ago.

This birth was all she had ever wanted and dreamed of. 

A free birth with her closest sisters and family present. 

A nourishing postpartum. A dream come true.
