Biden Scores Big Wins In Baltics

The administration's policy goals regarding Swedish accession to NATO and more military aid for Ukraine were front and center at this week's summit of the military alliance in Vilnius, Lithuania. But, despite NATO's continued support of Ukraine, there still is no timetable for the country to join the alliance, rankling some.
