QUESTIONS - Do Elders In A Local Church Need To Be United On Calvinism Or Arminianism?

Question from Bruce Thomas Wayne: Do you think a local church can be fruitful if there is no clear soteriological view? For example, my church is Arminian and Calvinistic. There is a clear divide in our church, and we have had 3 pastors in the last 4 years.
