Director Mark Cendrowski joins host Jessica Radloff to revisit one of Season 3’s most beloved episodes, “The Staircase Implementation.” From the group’s first meeting to the creation of Sheldon’s infamous Roommate Agreement — and the story behind the broken elevator — Mark reveals how the flashback episode brought some of “The Big Bang Theory’s” biggest mysteries to life. He also shares why Sheldon avoids making eye contact with his future friends in those early scenes, along with behind-the-scenes stories and hidden Easter eggs fans might have missed.
