These are the two episodes where everything falls apart for Pegasus and the doctors buy the hospital. Over the course of these two episodes everything is VERY MUCH up in the air, but luckily at the end of episode 16 we say goodbye to Alana Kayhill and hello to Jackson Avery? Why Jackson you might ask? Because he is now the head of the hospital. Mamma Catherine always gets her way.
