The plaintiff says the defendant charged her for 12 facials without her authorization. She claims he’s running a scam and she’s suing for the money she claims he stole. The defendant says the plaintiff came into his spa and bought the facials, and he does not offer refunds.  Then, the plaintiff says he bought a washing machine from the defendant, but it was a clunker. He claims the man tried to have him arrested for trespassing when he wanted to return it, so he’s suing for a refund.
