All-Around Headache for Everyone

The plaintiff says the defendant took advantage of him and sold him a junker. He claims the defendant won’t repair the car or respect the warranty, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff failed to register the car, so that’s why it failed inspection.  Then, the plaintiff says the defendant was her manager at a phone store. She says he accused her of stealing money from the cash deposit and fired her. She says she didn’t steal a thing and he had no right to deduct money from her, so she’s suing for back pay, plus pain and suffering.
