'Bad Roommating' & 'Making a Bad Set of Chompers & 'The Show Must Go On'

First, the plaintiff used to be friends with the defendant, and they lived together. However, things spiraled out of control. The plaintiff claims the defendant owes her for utility bills, so she’s suing. The defendant says living with the plaintiff was intolerable. As far as the utility bills, the defendant argues she wasn’t living with the plaintiff at the time.

Then, the plaintiff went to the defendant, a dentist, for dentures. The dentures are way too big, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant argues the plaintiff never complained about the dentures until a year later.

Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant hired her to write and produce a skit for a fundraiser. However, the skit had been canceled, so the plaintiff is out money for a musician she hired and transportation costs and is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff’s skit was not viable for the event, and they told her that.
