Bad Trucking

The plaintiff says the defendant is a former tenant, but he scraped up her property with his moving truck and left a ton of garbage behind. She’s suing him for all the damage. The defendant says he and the plaintiff used to be sexually involved, and she raised his rent and then didn’t renew his lease when his fiancée moved in. He’s countersuing for duress.  Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter, and she loaned her money so she could join them on a family cruise. Now her daughter isn’t paying her back and they’re not speaking, so she’s suing for her cash.
