Being Lackluster

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to create a fancy dessert table for her granddaughter’s first birthday party. She was unhappy with the result, so she’s suing for a refund. The defendant argues she went above and beyond to create the presentation for the dessert, and nothing can please the plaintiff. She refuses to pay.  Then, the plaintiff says the defendants were his tenants. He claims they damaged the wood floors so badly that they had to be replaced. He’s suing for the repair costs.
