Being Too Hostile

The plaintiff dated the defendant. She says she was out of town for a work trip and when she returned, one of her dogs was severely injured because the defendant kicked her. She says the defendant refused to pay for the vet bills and slandered her on social media, so she’s suing for the bills. The defendant admits he hurt the dog, but he doesn’t think he owes her because the bill was paid for.  Then, the plaintiff says she brought her car to the defendant’s shop to have a new alternator installed, but he ripped her off and never put in a new part. She’s suing for a full refund.
