After the defendant left the plaintiff to get back with her husband, the plaintiff says he was kicked out of the home they leased together, so he’s suing the defendant for unpaid rent. The defendant claims she ordered the plaintiff to leave because he used drugs while her kids were home. Besides, the defendant alleges that the plaintiff damaged the house, so she owes him nothing. The defendant is countersuing for additional repairs. Then, the plaintiff claims she loaned her former friend money to get her transmission fixed, but the defendant hasn’t paid the plaintiff back in full, so she’s suing.
