Chill Out

The plaintiff says she rented a room in her house to the defendant. She realized it was a huge mistake when she came home one day and the cops were there after the defendant threatened her, so she kicked her out. She’s suing for back rent. The defendant says the plaintiff belittled her, and it felt like living in a jail. She’s countersuing for stolen items.  Then, the plaintiff says the defendant wrongly evicted him and called the police on him. Now she won’t return his money or his belongings, so he’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff was a troublemaker who had lots of complaints from female residents, and he was arrested for stalking.
