First, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to build her some shelves and cabinets. She paid him thousands of dollars, but he never did the work. He told her he wouldn’t complete the work unless the plaintiff slept with him, and then he slashed her tires. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says the plaintiff sprayed graffiti on his truck and kicked his fenders. He denies slashing the tires, and he’s countersuing for all he’s out. Then, the plaintiff says the defendant vandalized her car with magic markers, covering it with vulgar words and images. The defendant is refusing to pay for the damages, so she’s suing her for the cost of a new paint job. The defendant says the plaintiff called her and threatened to have the kids arrested.
