Driving a Customer Nuts

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to build five pieces of custom furniture out of walnut, but he only finished one. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says he was willing to finish the job and spent thousands on walnut. He’s not returning a dime.  Then, the plaintiff says the defendant was a nightmare tenant who damaged his place. He’s suing for the repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff forced him to let 50 people see his place because he was selling it, and they all refused to wear masks.
