First, the plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-wife, and he claims she stole tens of thousands of his frequent flier points, so he’s suing her for the value. The defendant says the plaintiff is out to get her, and the points are in a family account. She’s countersuing for stolen money and harassment. Then, the plaintiff says he loaned the defendant, his co-worker, money for a trip to Iceland, but he’s never been repaid. He’s suing for what he’s owed.
