Plus, the plaintiff claims the defendant had his truck for three weeks and was supposed to repair it, but he didn’t, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant insists he fixed the plaintiff’s truck properly, and when the plaintiff’s vehicle started leaking, the defendant told him to bring it back in.
