Going to Town on a Neighbor's Car

The plaintiff says she got into an argument with a neighbor and all of the sudden her tires were slashed. Then, a month later, the defendant laughed when someone put sugar in the plaintiff’s gas tank, and other neighbors claimed she was the vandal, so she’s suing her. The defendant says the building super has video of a man slashing the tires, so it can’t be her.  Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to fix her roof, but she caught him smoking pot at work, and he isn’t even licensed. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says he did a good job, and he deserves to be paid in full.  Plus, the plaintiff says she and the defendant went to Jamaica together, and the defendant was supposed to repay his portion. She says he stopped paying when he started a new relationship, so she’s suing.
