Grabbing the Cold Hard Cash

The plaintiff says his brother passed away and the defendant, his brother’s landlord, stole money off his dresser as the ambulance was taking him away. He’s suing for every penny. The defendant says the plaintiff told him to use the money for rent and then changed his mind the next day.  Then, the plaintiff says she designed a clothing line and hired the defendant to take photos to promote it on social media. They had a falling out and the defendant deleted all the images, so she’s suing for a refund.
