First, the plaintiff says he went to a dog-friendly restaurant with his two huskies and the defendant’s dog charged them. He says her dog bit his finger during the fight and the defendant promised to pay for his medical bills. She never did, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff’s dogs were misbehaving and approached her table, so her dog defended himself. She says she owes nothing. Then, the plaintiff says her upstairs neighbor, the defendant, poured cocoa powder into her air conditioner and fried it. The police saw the security footage and agreed it was intentional. Now the defendant won’t buy her a new unit, so she’s suing. The defendant says she bought sugar-free cocoa for her son, but he didn’t like it and he poured it out the window so she wouldn’t find out.
