Hung Out to Dry

The plaintiff says the defendant is her father, who she says put her washer and dryer outside for her to pick up. She claims they were stolen by the time she got there and blames her dad for making a foolish decision. She’s suing him for the value of the appliances. The defendant says his daughter left them at his home for two years and he told her several times that she needed to come pick them up.  Then, the plaintiffs say they hired the defendant to undercoat a truck as a Christmas gift. They claim they paid in cash, but he never did a thing, so they’re suing for their money back.
