The plaintiff says she and the defendant have known each other for years and even used to date. She loaned him some money, but now he’s refusing to pay up, so she’s suing him out of principal. The defendant says he can’t believe his ex is suing him over such a tiny amount. He claims she’s just doing it because she still wants him. Then, the plaintiff says she sold the defendant her car, but now he’s refusing to pay the amount they agreed upon. He’s got the car in his possession, so she’s suing him for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff is a nightmare, and he’s countersuing for mental anguish.  Plus, the plaintiff says he mowed the defendant’s lawn, but now the man is refusing to pay up. He’s suing for what he’s owed.
