Letting His Baby-Momma Down

The plaintiff says she and the defendant were in a serious relationship and they have a child together. She claims she paid for his car insurance and violations, but he never reimbursed her, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff is bitter and claims the car charges are all hers. He denies owing her any money.  The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to renovate his condo but later found out he wasn’t licensed. He used the wrong paint and scammed him out of a bunch of money, so he’s suing. The defendant says once COVID hit, the plaintiff called him several times a day during the job to complain about his worker and then fired him.
