Losing it All

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to videotape her wedding and he lost all the footage. Not only that, he never gave her any photos. She’s suing the negligent guy for the state max. The defendant claims the video card got damaged at the wedding because it was so chaotic. He won’t give her the photos because she’s posting nasty things about him.  Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is his wife’s friend. He claims she bought some furniture from him when he moved but hasn’t paid for it in full, so he’s suing. The defendant says she bought a bed, but the mattress was stained with urine.
