Making it All Up

The plaintiff says he was the defendant’s supervisor at Walmart and she wanted his job. He claims she falsely accused him of trying to kill her and he was suspended. He’s suing her for lost wages and defamation. The defendant claims the plaintiff threatened to stab her in the heart with a piece of wood, and he was arrested. She now carries a pistol and is countersuing for emotional distress.  Then, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to work on his iron gates, but she botched the job. He wants a partial refund.
