Nasty Sister

The plaintiff says the defendant is her sister, who she says is a bully and kept her from seeing their dying mother. She’s suing her for stealing money, a chair, and a lawn mower. The defendant says she took care of their mother and didn’t steal anything.  The plaintiff says the defendant is responsible for the loss of her two designer suitcases. She can’t believe he did this to her, so she’s suing him for their value. The defendant says the plaintiff is a hoarder, and he helped her find a mover when she went to a new apartment.
