'Not Fixing Things Right' & 'Not Cleaning House'

First, the plaintiff says he brought his laptop to the defendant for repair, but he’s had nothing but trouble since. The defendant says the plaintiff doesn’t understand basics about software updates, and he claims the man is simply rude. He denies owing anything. Then, the plaintiff says she rented a room in the defendant’s house, but she moved out because no one ever cleaned it and it smelled like urine. Now the defendant won’t return her security deposit, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff got into a physical fight with her ex-girlfriend and the cops had to be called.
