First, the plaintiff is a model and videographer. The plaintiff says the defendants have paid her, so she’s suing for time wasted and what she’s owed. The defendants argue the video was nothing like what they discussed. Then, the plaintiffs, a husband and wife, rented a room in the defendant’s rental property, but when they arrived, it reeked of smoke. The wife has multiple sclerosis and can’t be around pollutants like smoke, so they’re suing for a refund. The defendant admits the room smelled bad.
