Not Having Enough Grub to Go Around

The plaintiffs say they hired the defendant to cater their wedding, but she didn’t make enough food and their poor guests had to order pizza. The defendant ignored them for two years, so now they’re suing for a full refund. The defendant claims the unruly guests ate before the meal and she still had plenty of food. She insists she did an excellent job.  Then, the plaintiff says she rented the defendant a salon suite to do hair, but she moved out with no notice and left the place trashed. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff’s salon was bad for business, and there were physical altercations with other tenants, so she left.
