Not Mailing it In

The plaintiff says the defendant hired her to print 5,000 postcards and send them to his insurance clients. She has proof from the post office and he approved them, but he refuses to pay, so she’s suing. The defendant says the proof was flimsy because he didn’t even get one phone call.  The plaintiffs say they hired the defendant for a contracting job. They say he started but never finished and always had an excuse. They’re suing for their money back.
