Pooping on a Cousin

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant, her mom’s cousin, to do some work on a trailer she was moving into. She claims he made a mess and even caused sewer damage. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says the trailer smelled of feces because there were sewage issues before he arrived. He refuses to offer a refund because he did complete the work.  The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to do some work on his 1970 Pontiac LeMans and gave him a deposit, but then the man came back and said he wanted more money to do the job. The plaintiff told him to cancel the work, but now the defendant won’t return the deposit, so he’s suing him.
