'Pooping On a Neighbor' & 'Taking a Toll' & 'Springing a Leak'

First, the plaintiff says the defendant's dogs kept doing their business on his driveway. The plaintiff had to hire professionals to clean up the mess, so he's suing. Plus, the plaintiff says the defendant, her upstairs neighbor, flooded the toilet. The ceiling collapsed and damaged belongings as a result, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says she didn't cause the flooding.
