The plaintiff says the defendant is her deceased brother’s fiancée, and she refuses to return her brother’s belongings to the family, so the plaintiff is suing for unreturned property. The defendant insists the plaintiff’s brother told her he wanted her to have everything of his before he passed away from COVID-19.
