Rap Battle Beat Down

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to compete in a rap battle with him. He argues he paid for the defendant’s airfare and lodging, but the defendant never showed up because of bad weather. He’s suing for his money back. The defendant says he missed his flight, but he tried rescheduling with the plaintiff. He’s countersuing for defamation of character.  Then, the plaintiff says he’s a Bigfoot hunter who’s been at it for 52 years and has made movies. He claims he loaned the defendant money to make a promotional video, which never happened, so he’s suing for a refund. The defendants say they hired staff to make the video, so if anyone is owed money, it’s them.
