Sister Drama

The plaintiff says the defendant is her sister. She claims her sister already owed her money and then stole additional cash from her. She’s suing to get her money back. The defendant admits her sister helped her out when times were tough, but she claims the money was a gift. She also denies stealing any cash.  Then, the plaintiff says she rented a home from the defendant, but he evicted her. She claims there was no damage, but the landlord won’t return her security deposit and alarm bill, so she’s suing him.
