Slapping Mad

The plaintiff says he’s the victim of a hit-and-run and claims the defendant is a menace to society. He says she hit his vehicle with a shopping cart, then hit the gas in her car and tried to run him over. He says he fell and hit his head and now his vision is affected, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff is a nut. She says he slapped her and lied to the cops.  Then, the plaintiff says he works at a big box store and became friends with the defendant when he came in as a customer. He claims the defendant asked him for money because his son was in jail, so he loaned him $1,000. They argued over politics, so he hasn’t been repaid and he’s suing.
