'Squeezing a Guy' & 'Bad-Biking'

First, the plaintiff says he rented a room in the defendant’s house, but on the day he moved in, the defendant told him he needed approval for his mother to visit. He left, but the defendant won’t return the rent money, so he’s suing. The defendant says he discovered a breathalyzer machine on the plaintiff’s car and claims the plaintiff hid his legal troubles. Then, the plaintiff says the defendant was on his bike one rainy night and crashed into the plaintiff’s windshield out of nowhere. He took him to the hospital, but the man caused extensive car damage, so he’s suing for the repairs. The defendant says the careless plaintiff is the one who hit him, not the other way around.
