Stealing a Noodle

The plaintiff says her cousin, the defendant, stole her dog, so she’s suing. The defendant claims their aunt originally owned the dog and gave the pup to him when she could no longer care for him. Besides, the defendant argues that the plaintiff doesn’t have the necessary space to take care of a dog. Then, the defendant hired the plaintiff to make dresses for her wedding party. Unfortunately, the plaintiff claims she has yet to be paid, so she’s suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff didn’t deliver the dresses in time, so she owes nothing. In fact, the defendant says the dresses were so late that they missed out on using their limo rental, and the photographer couldn’t get photos of the defendant’s bridal party.
