Stealing From a Sister

The plaintiff says the defendant is her younger sister and they bought a timeshare at Disney together. They were supposed to split the cost, but she says her sister fell behind and won’t reimburse her, so she’s suing. The defendant says her sister pocketed her share and denies she owes anything.  Then, the plaintiff says she had a leak coming through the bathroom ceiling from the defendants’ unit, and they refused to do anything to fix it. The plaintiff finally had to cover the repairs, so she’s suing to be reimbursed. The defendants say they worked with the owner to do the repairs and they were completed quickly.
