Stealing From an Ex

The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-girlfriend. She claims her ex stole money from her daughter’s account, so she’s suing to get it back. The defendant says the plaintiff showered her with gifts, but now that they’ve split, she’s bitter and is trying to recoup some money.  Then, the plaintiff says the defendant has her valuable gaming screen and won’t give it back. She’s suing for its value. The defendant says she has no idea what the plaintiff is talking about and insists she doesn’t have any gaming devices in her home.
