Stopping the Build

The plaintiff says the defendant hired him to build a log cabin, but the defendant freaked out and kicked him off the property. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff installed the windows improperly, so he had to hire a new builder to finish the job. He’s countersuing to cover the cost of repairs to the plaintiff’s work.  The plaintiff says the defendant is her neighbor, and she torched the side of her garage and fence and tried to cover it up. She’s suing for the cost of repair. The defendant says she was on vacation and came home to notes on her door accusing her of starting a fire.
