The plaintiff says he was taking a walk when the defendant’s vicious Chihuahua attacked his ankles and he sustained injuries. He’s suing for medical bills. The defendant says his cousin was visiting from Norway and was walking his rescue when the plaintiff approached them aggressively and got tangled in the leash, and that’s why the scared the 8-pound dog nipped.  Then, the plaintiff says she and the defendant were co-workers and friends who became intimate. He moved in and kept borrowing money without repaying, so she’s suing.
