Taking a Guy's Car

The plaintiff alleges the defendant illegally towed his car while he was at the dentist even though he has a handicap placard. He’s suing her for maximum punitive damages. The defendant claims the plaintiff parked in her private lot and blocked the entrance despite the no parking signs, and then he walked to his dentist a block away. She says she’s not the one at fault and owes him nothing.  Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to install a vent and outlets in her bathroom. She claims she paid him for the work, but he never showed up. She’s suing for a refund.
